Applications are being accepted for a two bedroom apartment in our Affordable Housing Program.  The apartment is located in McHenry. Priority is given to formerly homeless women and children.   The application process includes rental verification, credit and background checks and verification of income and assets.  Applicants must meet the current income guidelines through employment income and/or Social Security disability income.  Case management support is provided 2-4 times per month following move-in.  For more information, please contact Jessica Fitzgerald, Intake Manager at 815-271-5444 ext. 58.
