Did You Know?!?!

The McHenry County Crisis Center Program operates a 24 hour hotline – 800-892-8900- to provide

emergency mental health services to McHenry County residents. The services include crisis

intervention, problem solving and support, referrals and linkages to community resources and more.

Callers can also be referred for a face-to-face assessment.

Their website, www.mchenry-crisis.org, provides information on community resources to help meet a

variety of needs, information about suicide and links for information on mental health and substance

abuse topics relevant to all ages. If you or someone you know needs assistance with mental health or

substance abuse services, housing, food, etc, the Crisis website is a great place to start your search.
