Thank You to the Barrington Area Community Foundation 

Home of the Sparrow  has been awarded grant funding from the Barrington Area Community Foundation.  This support will be used to further enhance our Affordable Housing Program by offering clients of these residences supportive services that will help ensure they maintain their community-based housing.

What the Barrington Community Foundation Does

The Barrington Area Community Foundation recognizes that there is virtually no way for local residents to leave bequests nor to make tax-deductible grants for the good of the community other than through the churches or by setting up a trust for that purpose.   The Foundation will enable many donors, large and small, in the Barrington area, including organizations and businesses, to build a long-term funding to support programs that fulfill unmet needs.
