Cashier Needed!
Are you looking for Part-time work for a great cause? Come join our Sparrow’s Nest Thrift Store. We are looking to hire a Part-time Cashier, approximately 15 hours per week; varied days (Must have Saturday availability and afternoons). Closed on Sundays.
Store Hours:
M-F 10-6| Sat. 10-5
If you’re friendly, extremely reliable, and customer-service-oriented, this position could be for you! Previous cashier and/or customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the cash register.
– Operate cash register accurately, handling transactions with efficiency and attention to detail.
– Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
– Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy in all transactions.
Qualifications:
– Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent service at all times.
– Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately.
– Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
– Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
