Sealed mailed or drop off bids from General Contractors and Roofing Contractors will be received for a period of 14 business days to Kristin Miller at Home of the Sparrow, Inc. located at, 4209 W. Shamrock Unit B. McHenry, IL 60050 until 10am local time on May 29, 2023.

Materials are available on the website for download. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that it has obtained a complete set of the documents that comprise this Bid Package. Bids are to be submitted on forms furnished within this Bid Package and properly executed in accordance with all directions contained in this package. Bids must be submitted in detail to include division tasks and materials to be used. Each bid must be submitted in triplicate.
