Job description: Landlord Engagement Specialist – Part Time (Hybrid)
About Us: Home of the Sparrow is a nonprofit helping women and children move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. We’re looking for a Landlord Engagement Specialist to grow our network of landlords and support affordable housing programs.

Responsibilities of the Landlord Engagement Specialist:
- Recruit, engage, and retain landlords for our housing programs
- Build positive relationships between landlords and tenants
- Maintain landlord database and conduct surveys
- Host educational sessions for landlords
- Attend meetings and trainings – occasionally evenings/weekends
Qualifications of the Landlord Engagement Specialist:
- Experience with landlords or property management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
