Join our team at Sparrow’s Nest Thrift Store and make a difference. We’re hiring a reliable, dedicated Shift Manager for a permanent, part-time role (not a seasonal or summer job). You’ll help lead daily operations, support staff and volunteers, and provide great customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Shift Manager:
- Open/close the store; ensure safe, smooth operations
- Supervise staff and volunteers during assigned shifts
- Deliver excellent customer and donor service
- Assist with merchandising and donation processing
- Maintain clean, organized store environment
- Complete sales, deposits, and daily documentation
- Communicate with team and leadership
Qualifications of the Shift Manager:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Supervisory experience required; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
Physical Demands:
- Frequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching
- Ability to safely move or handle merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking required
